I, Roohie Jan, W/o No. 30032129N, NK Akhter Ahmad Sheikh, Unit 175 Engrs Regt (TA), C/O 56 APO, R/O Lawoosa Yehama, Tehsil Qalamabad, District Kupwara, hereby inform all concerned that my name has been incorrectly recorded as “Rohie Jan” instead of “Roohie Jan” in my husband’s service records.
The discrepancy requires necessary correction in the official service records. Therefore, any objections, if any, may be submitted to the concerned authorities within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice. Failing which, the matter may be processed further as per the applicable rules.
